I live in the UK but have a printer issue and can’t find a UK forum - I have a new HP pavilion laptop and have tried to install my Canon mg4150 series printer. This has taken some time but I think I’ve finally managed it – it’s not in my list of available printers, I can scan etc. but can’t print.
I’ve tried re-installing the drivers but to no avail (even something called older mp drivers?), I still can’t print. I’m concerned if I keep trying to down load things to assist I will clog my laptop. Any help would be much appreciated.
(I’m running windows 10 if this is any impact on this – I know the printer works as it still functions on my old lap top)
