tried setting up my canon printer to be used on my google chromebook. it worked once upon a time then stopped! anyways, i thought maybe i needed to add a password, so i did that in the user authentication setting. now it won't let me access the printer settings. it says user name and password, but i didn't put a user name! so frustrating! so i am typing the correct password but still cannot access it.
also, still couldn't get it to work via google cloud print.

fyi, i tried entering the numbers that i printed out with the ipv4 as well as the "printer name" on the sheet of paper with all the details. none work!
