II did 2 deep cleans, and 4 cleans. According to the print-out chart there are still 4 or 5 gaps in the PGBK graph. Are we ready for a new printer?

I was too quick with the solution button. contact Us just takes me to the same old BS. There are no answers there, only time waste.

mine prints fine from a Word Document. I could not print an Amazon Return Label, nor from Quicken that is readable. I too have done all the cleanings, even changed ink. Has anyone got a solution?
