There is an ongoing project where several thousand postcards need to be scanned in high resolution and made available online. One of our customers therefore bought an imageFORUMLA DR-G1100.
Now whenever she scans the cards the scanner jams.
Do you know if there is a special way the postcards need to be scanned? Have you seen this happen before? How can we get support in this regards?
