im having a couple of issues with my old pixma MG2120

first is, it wont print on the correct side of these shipping labels i got from Amazon. it will only print on the back side? When i flip them to the correct side it gives me the "no paper" error. 

second, is that ive tried to align the printer heads every way ive seen people say to do, and its still printing crooked as heck. the lines and some words are all over the place.
