My iP7250 (European 7220) has stopped recognising it has duplex - the option is not displayed in the Print dialog. Any suggestions?
I have tried reloading drivers.
I have tried removing Printers Content folder.
I can find nothing physically wrong with the printer.

Greetings,
Your post sounds like you are using a MAC.
Can you please confirm your OS and version?
What drivers did you try "reloading"?

Thanks for the quick response, should have included the info...
OS = Catalina 10.15.4
Drivers from Canon (definitely MAC OS - version detected by Canon download). From the same link you have shared.
Also tried the drivers automatically installed by Apple after removing the originals from Printers > Content folder.
