iP110 Printer flashing error lights

power light and reset light are alternating flashing 4 times then repeating, etc. Have followed the Manual steps to clear the error. New ink cartridges....paper in place. recycled power, etc. 

Anybody with an idea for me to try?

Hello.

Try unplugging the power and checking for any jams or obstructions in the paper paths or inside the printer.  If the power and alarm lights continue to alternate, the printer will need to be repaired.  If the printer is outside of the one-year warranty period, check your local listings for any repair shops that may be able to examine/repair the unit.
