Help Please!
Running windows 10 (problem was happening on my Windows 7 machine as well.)
1. Test print and nozzle cleaning successful
2. Prints color images fine
3. When printing an email, it only prints color images, no text.
4. Inks are canon brand and have ink.
5. Drivers have been updated.
What do I do? I don't want to junk a printer that is not broken. It was working fine and then stopped working.
Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Please compare the nozzle check that you printed with the example below.
Does your nozzle check match the example?
