how do I get rid of a code 6000 on model mx922

I turn off the printer and it still keeps coming on.

I have the exact problem, after replacing its Printer Head bought from Canon, I am getting CODE 6000; I followed the instructions and nothing has changed. I'm unable to use my Cannon MX922 Printer.

 

Incidentally, I also have a Cannon MX882 Printer and I'm not a very happy professional when I need the use of my printers.
