Hi dbals6506,

To print a report after each fax is sent from your PIXMA MX490, please follow these steps:

 1.  Make sure that your PIXMA MX490 is turned on.

 2.  Press the SETUP button.

 3.  Use the left or right button to select Fax settings, then press the OK button.

 4.  Use the left or right button to select Auto print settings, then press the OK button.

 5.  Use the left or right button to select TX report, then press the OK button.

 6.  Use the left or right button to select Print for each TX, then press the OK button.
