faxing over voip

I'm using a Phone Power VOIP modem with a Pixma MX410. I can receive faxes but not send them. Chaned fax speed and EC setting to now avail. What do I try next?

I have lost the manual book of the printer witch i bought a couple month back and i need to do the fax and the wirless print as well
