I have rechecked ink wells...they are seated and lights light up, there is no paper in the path anywhere(I haen't been able to print anything yet on this new, out of the box printer!) I removed all the tape and protective materials shown in the quick start part 1 guide... what else can there be? I recently got a new mg5722 nad it had a fatal error code I guess (6000), so I had to buy another printer...now - out of the box it won't even complete the setup! I thought I loved Canon products!!!! Can anyone offer any help? I called Canon Support last night at about 6:00 my time.....shouldn't someone have been available to answer? regaardless of what my time zone is?
