easy photoprint wont load image files

I have pixma mg5750.   The Easy photoprint software seems to hang when trying to load the folder where my photo files are and prevents me selecting from the folder list on the left.     If it searches all my pc lloking for image files can I set a deefault folder?

The PIXMA MG5750 isn't a US model, so you'll want to check the support site for your home country for any driver and software updates. You can find the proper Canon support site by visiting this link and selecting your country/region: http://global.canon/en/support/

After you've updated the software, if you're still having issues, you'll want to contact support in your home country.
