MG5350S having problems printing Cyan colour, after many cleaning cycles produced no result - removed and manually cleaned print head. After cleaning and drying head nozzle check produced PGBK ok No Cyan, Magenta passable, No Yellow, No BK, cleaning cycles again did not change anything. Installed a new Canon print head, checked driver, rebooted printer, at first it would only print black, after running out of ink from repeated cleaning I replaced all tanks and got a perfect nozzle check pattern. Printed documents now have no Cyan, rechecked nozzle pattern and found Cyan again missing all three bands.
