can someone tell me how to download my drivers on the pixma mg3022 i have been at this for hours and almost depleted my gigabytes on my hotspot i have chrome os

The Chrome OS does not use drivers to print to a printer, it uses Google Cloud Print.

To set up your PIXMA MG3022 for use with Google Cloud Print, please follow the steps provided in this Knowledgebase Article:
