In preparation for Christmas picture printing, I had ordered a tri pack of colored ink cartridges along with other items in late November. I have had the printer for at least 7or 8 years and had always bought from Canon Direct.
I received the shipment on time, unpacked the shipment and put the items away, BUT I did not open the actual box the 3 ink pack was sold in. Opened the 3 pack box yesterday to fill the printer and found that while the box said it held 271 cartridges, it was filled with 281's.
I called Cannon but I was long past the 14 day return period so there was nothing they could do. I understand but, in the future, I will verify what is in each package of ink.
All I can say is BUYER BEWARE!!!!
