changed color and black cartridges but still get message ink is low on my PIXMA 320. Took cartridge

Received messages that my ink (both black and color) was running low on my PIXMA 320 printer(with scanning, copying, and fax properties).  Replaced both cartridges. Still the same message.  Took both cartridges out several times-no change.  Unplugged üprinter-no change.  Thought nozzle might be plugged.  Can't do anthing about it since the message ink running low revents this.

 ANY SUGGESTIONS????????
