Hello,
My canon tr8600 series is not working the right way, what should be blue is printing red instead. I pulled a Cyan cartridge that still had ink in it and replaced it with a completely full cartridge, no change. I tested it to see if it needed to be cleaned and the printer said it did not. When I printed a test of all colors, all shades printed correctly except both rows for Cyan printed absolutely nothing. How do I fix this?
