If the paper is not feeding from the cassette, you can try removing all the loaded paper and then performing a roller cleaning using the steps in the link HERE. If the paper still does not feed, you can try opening the rear and checking the paper path to see if there is any partially fed paper using the steps in the link HERE.
If the printer is still unable to feed the paper, it would mean the printer needs service. You can log into your MYCanon account and view your available service options. Outside of the 1 year warranty, you can contact our sales department at 1-800-385-2155 to use our Upgrade Program. The Upgrade program will give you a discount and free shipping on a replacement printer.
