Hi Canon support!
My mx860 printer used to work like a charm, but recently has been having issues. when i try to print from my computer (mac), the printer job queue comes up and appears to recieve the job, shows it moving from 0-100% of completion and then finishes and closes. Meanwhile, the actual physical printer has done nothing at all. Not even a blank sheet comes out. I have updated the drivers again today, to no avail. The computer sees the printer no problem. In addition, the copier functions of the printer work with no problem. It just seems unable to print.
Your help resolving this issue will be super appreciated!
Thanks 🙂

Hi, sonjab!
So that the Community can help you better, we will need to know how your computer is connected to your printer (wireless or via USB), and which version of Mac OS X is running on your computer. That, and any other details you'd like to give will help the Community better understand your issue!
