Document goes into queue and seems to print but doesn't. No error messages. Copy and scan both work fine. Just updated driver from canon website. No change. Any suggestions appreciated.

So we can better troubleshoot the issue, please reply with what operating system is on your computer (Windows XP, Vista, 7, 8 or version of Mac OS X), as well as if you are using the printer wirelessly or via USB cable.

Hello cobblestone1.
Please try the following adjustment to see if we can resolve your issue:
1. Close all programs that are open.
2. Click Start and open the Control Panel.
3. Open Printers or Devices and Printers.
4. Right-click the MP620 and choose Delete.
5. Make sure no copies of the printer are left in the listing.
6. Disconnect the USB cable from the printer.
7. Wait a few moments and reconnect the USB cable. A new copy should appear.
Once this has been done, try printing to test the unit.
