I have a canon mg5400. Error message states the printer is not connected. But I have checked the wireless connection and it is connected. The only way to print is to restart the computer everytime. I have an imac and im operating OS X version 10. I have uninstalled and reinstalled the drivers for the printer which helps but only for a day or two - and then the same thing happens again.

I have almost the same problem. Except with me, I didn't know this printer had wifi. Never saw it in the manuel. My problem is that my printer is hooked up to my computer with a USB line. I have always ran my computer on wifi status and this just came up lately but the printer worked. Now I get the same message that wireless is not connected. Where or how do I find the settings for this? I don't want the wifi setting on my printer.
