recently I just fount out you can print bookmarks, but ive seen people use the heavy cardstock I was wondering if I can do it with my printer too.

Greetings,
The printer is certified for paper weights 17~28 lbs. Using heavier paper might cause jamming.

with the whole pack of paper is 28lbs but a single piece of cardstock?

I want to know what kind of photo paper can I use for the Canon PIXMA ts3322 printer? or if I can use cardstock/postcards (I just wanna use one piece of cardstock/postcard) if not how can I make bookmarks. should I just try it and find out

28 lbs. is not the weight of a package of the paper. It is a measure of "Basis weight", which is a paper classification term. Regular ordinary copier paper, for example, is a 20 Lb. basis weight. A 28 lb. paper would be a little thicker than a 20 lb. but nowhere near a card stock. 28 Lb. is the Canon-specified limit.
