my printer is 15 months old and has decided to print only blank pages. i have done all of the cleaning recommended several times. I wish that I would have read the post on this printer before buying. shame on Cannon for not having a fix for this!
looking for another printer but it won't be a Cannon!
had to replace my older trustworthy printer due to windows 8.1 and drivers.
