Is the ts8120 capable of scanning to a windows folder?

Hello.

The TS8120 can scan to Windows or Mac OSX computers.  To specify which folder you would like to save your scans to, open the IJ Scan Utility and go to the "Settings" menu of the program.

Please tell me how to get the  IJ Scan utility. Is that  I an "ell" as in "love?"
