For the last few months or so, my printer has lately not been rolling down paper. When I try to print something, it will continually make noises until I unplug it and say it was “communicating to my printer” and “printing.” Later on, I resolved this issue by putting it in transport mode and moved it into a spot thinking it was a connection issue and it worked, but now it has reverted back to continuously making noises. My connection is fine and I have cleaned my rollers already but it still won’t be fixed.
Is there any permanent way to resolve this?
