I have the Pixma MG3620 and it worked fine until I got a new modem/router and changed the black ink (in the same day).
When I try to put in pairing mode, the blue Wi-Fi light will flash, and then just flash twice repeatedly. After a few minutes, it will continue to flash twice, then the alarm light (orange) comes on and stays on. What is the issue? It will not enter set up mode and emit its own wifi signal for me to connect.
Connects and prints just fine via usb, but I want wireless printing. No issues when connected via usb.
I have checked the printer ink, and reloaded it multiple times, so I don’t think that is the issue. I have the Canon brand ink specific for my computer.
My home Wi-Fi is working fine. Paper is loaded correctly in the paper try. No clue what the error is. It will not give a wifi signal.
