I have a Mac desktop and have successfully scanned thousands of old photos over the last few months using my Canon MX882 all-in-one printer/scanner. For some reason the scanner no longer detects multiple photos on the platen. All I get is a single scanned image and have to replicate, then crop to have separate scanned images. This is very frustrating and I have researched everywhere I can find. Any ideas? Thanks!!

Hello Garneau74.
For testing purposes, please check to make sure that each object is not attached to some sort of matte, border or background. Also, check to make sure that the lid is closed securely. If any outside light source or background is detected, the images may not be detected properly even if they are spaced 1cm apart.
