What format do i need to print photos MP560 Prixma

Im trying to print 2 images from my computer but my printer says no, and when i read the manual it says to convert the photos to TIFF, i went to a website and converted the files but they still don't work, i have no clue what to do now.

First, we need some basic info:

1) What operating system are you using?

2) What camera?

3) How are you sending the images to the printer (PictBridge, an application, file explorer, etc.)
