So for many weeks now i try fix this but i couldn't, i hope someone here can help me. I newly bought this printer few months ago. The ink is still full. It worked for the first month(s) until recently. I try print and this error message appears :
Support code 1366
"The ink valve is closed.
Open the printer's ... cover... and move the ink valve lever to the right.
Refer to the manual for details."
So i did this like 1000 times. it was already nicely on its right, as it should, all this time, so i opened it to the left as well, n tried like that, same error code of course... closed it to the right again n same error "again"...
I really need to print stuff for my work and for my kids school... im in an area under lockdown for so long now i really hope someone can advice me what other reasons for this error. cos it doesnt seem like its the valve lever as it claims...
Appreciate your time to answer me... thanks and have a lovely day, wherever you are...
