Unable to select duplex printing/two-sided printing on Mac: Printer G3000

Hi Canon Support Team,

Please kindly assist me. I am unable to select duplex printing or print double-side from my Mac. 

I have looked through the manual from the following link: http://ugp01.c-ij.com/ij/webmanual/PrinterDriver/M/G3000%20series/1.0/EN/PPG/dg-c_layout.html

but it does not show me how to select double-sided printing.

It is exactly what I see as well. The two-sided option is greyed and I am unable to select the drop down.

Please let me know on how resolve it.
