Hi,
I have this U150 error message on my canon MG5220. I allready bougth a new cartridge, it is the cyan one that causes problems. But the problem didn't solve. I exchange 2 cartridge (just to know), and so I know my cyan cartridge is ok.
So the problem is about the slot itself...
I tried to unplung the printer, tried some reseting combination (don't know if that worked actually), but still the error. If I release the cartridge and then replace it, ligth goes on. When the trolley goes to it place, it turns off.
I can't print, even in black ... I can't use the scanner beacause of it too. So I am just stuck here.
If anybody have an idea what I could try ... would be helpull.
