So I replaced my ink with genuine Canon Ink and I am still getting the blinking lights a d the error code. I have tried everything I've read and nothing has worked I even deleted the software an reinstalled it and I cannon do anything with the canon app because it says my printer is busy I'm so frustrated with it I'm ready to drop kick it

Hi,
I recommend performing a reset of the printer. While the printer is on, unplug the power cord from the printer. While the power is off, press the power button 5 times. After 60 seconds plug the power cord back in and power on the printer.
If the error does clear, the printer has experienced an internal hardware error and it would require service. If your printer is in it's 1 year warranty, I recommend reaching out to Canon support for this issue. You will need to register your Canon gear HERE to access additional support options.
