Trouble after refill ink Printer Canon MP287

Helloo, i have canon MP287. After refill the black cartridge, i tried print some document. But appear the sentence like this: "ink cartridge has been installed or replaced. If printout contains misaligned lines or isn't satisfactory refer to users guide and carry out print head alignment." The low ink indicator for black ink also on. How to fix it?
