The touch screen is cloudy and has line running through it. How can this be fixed? Why did this happen?

Hopefully your printer is still within its 1-year warranty. That is not something that will go away. It will either stay the same or get worse.

I agree with Shadowsports, something has failed with the screen, a chip, or gel inside the screen. There is no fixing it. My wife had a tablet do the same thing, I replaced the tablet, my screen went out in my cars' console, I had to replace it.
