I have recently experienced blank pages whenever printing anything, typically e-mails or vendor receipts. Per responses to other similar posts, I have printed the nozzle check pattern and cleaned the print heads, but it hasn't resolved the problem. When printing the nozzle check pattern, the top row (PGBK) is blank. The PGBK cartridge is relatively new so is full. What do you recommend?

I just dealt with this problem with a friend yesterday. It took 5 deep cleanings, but he did get the PGBK channel to work. If you have tried several deep cleanings and it hasn't cleared the head then:
1. remove the PGBK cartridge and see if it will transfer ink from the bottom port to a paper towel (to check if maybe the cartridge is plugged).
2. if that doesn't work then head is likely the problem. See Private Message.
