My TS8350 printer is 3 years old. There was no paper jam, and it just suddenly decided to stop working with Support Code 1259. It keeps asking me to "Pull out the paper output tray completely and tap (OK)" which I do. I then put the tray back in and gives me and then it gives me exactly the same message. It's an endless loop which I can't break! I've turned the printer off at the mains checked for paperjams etc. I fear it's a sensor gone faulty somewhere. So frustrating. Does anyone know how to fix this. HELP!!
