Hello all,
I am trying to get this Canon Printer TS8320 to take cardstock from the rear tray. I have watched videos of how to load etc.
The screen with feed trays options DOES NOT COME UP AUTOMATICALLY as told by the video via canon web site and u tube. Somebody smart please help me! I just need to print! Ugh
I GO into the screen and Select "REAR TRAY, then A4 then Cardstock. Still takes it from the paper tray wasting loads of ink.
The printer does not print well either, had to present a rendering to a client the other day all in Pink! My company LOGO printing in PInk on my estimates/invoices. All ink cartridges are current and near full. I hate this printer! Always loved Canon products. I think this printer was made on a Monday morning!
