We have had a TS8220 for a while, using it with Mac and iOS, the latest OS of each. We always connected to it via AirPrint, and its worked fine. Recently we are able to connect to it and hear the print heads moving but nothing is printed or only a few very faint lines appear. I checked the alignment and print heads and the samples from those print fine. Any idea what is going on? This is only happening on the 8 1/2 by 11 paper, If I print to the 4 x 6 photo paper from the back feeder it prints correctly.
