TS8220 feeding wrong direction

I have a TS8220.  When printing from the bottom cassette, the paper feeds out the rear tray(input tray).  It will not wrap around and go through the printer.  

When printing through the rear tray, no problems.  

Does anyone have any ideas what may be wrong?
