I just took this thing out of the box took all the orange tape off, plugged it in and it clunks and then shows error 6004. It's not a paper jam as I not even put paper in the thing yet. It's brand new, straight out of the box.

Once logged in, click on your PIXMA TS6420a and then click on the Product Support button. When that page loads, click on either the Phone Support button or the Chat Support button to access support. A Technical Support Representative can determine the cause of the 6004 error and resolve it with you or provide you with your available service options.
