I have a TS6320 that is only two years old that will not turn on.
It has been unplugged and moved to different outlets but when plugged in and the power button pushed nothing happens. There are no noises or start up. It acts as if the printer was unpowered.
I suspect this is a problem with the power supply. I used a volt meter and the cord is providing power so I suspect the internal brick is faulty. Has anyone had to replace the "Safety Mark 180026-11?"
Or is there another way to do a hard reboot that I am missing?
Thanks,
ES
