Printer will not scan or copy.

Hi Jack502,

 

In order to better assist you, allow me to ask a couple questions:

  • Does any error message or support code appear when you print or scan?
  • Which version of Windows or Macintosh are you using?
  • Are you connecting wirelessly, or with USB?

Thank you for your interest!!  There is no error message.  Mac OS 10.13.5.  Using a wireless connection.

Let's start by making sure you have the most current drivers.

  1. Click HERE.

  2. Scroll down to "Optional Drivers."

  3. Click “Select” next to "TS6000 series Full Driver & Software Package."

  4. Press "Download."

  5. Open and run the file.

  6. Follow the onscreen instructions to complete the installation.
