TS5253a Lines on Print

I am experiencing blue marks either side of my paper when printing. How can I fix this? I have a pixma TS5253a. I have done all maintenance possible - cleaned heads, cleaned rollers, ran print alignments and nothing stops this. I had a paper jam recently and it’s done this since.
