So that the Community can help you better, we need to know exactly which operating system is running on your computer or mobile device (i.e. Windows, macOS, Android, or iOS and which version thereof), how your computer and your printer talk to one another (i.e. via USB or Wi-Fi), and whether you're getting any error messages.
