I have a 1 year old Canon TS3522, and I just changed the ink cartridges. When I replaced the cartridges, somehow I did not remove the plastic tab on the color cartridge. I printed a few documents, and obviously the color documents did not print correctly. The Black-White print was fine.
After a couple of days, the printer started giving me P02 error. I noticed the plastic tab as I was troubleshooting the issue. I removed the plastic and put the cartridges back, but the P02 issue persists. What should I do?
