My TS3120 is connected to HP desktop with a hardwired cable. I have no history of a problem with this config.
Suddenly when I try to print I get a message that the printer is in error condition. I am able to print a sample page of print on the printer itself. I have uninstalled and reinstalled twice. I tried to download new files, Canon MP files, but that failed.
Any idea what the problem might be and how to address?
