TS 3122 stuck in reduce print for copies

plgilchrist

My 2 year old grandson likes to push buttons and now I can't stop my TS 3122 printer from making copies in a reduced print format. I've spent hours on the web sight researching it and have taken the steps recommended but to no avail. A stranger at a third party tech support said he would love to help me and all I had to do was give him access to my computer. When I told him "No" he hung up.

Any suggestion will help

Try this:

Follow the procedure below to initialize the printer settings.

  1. Make sure that the printer is turned on.

  2. Press the Setup button until "17" appears on the LCD.

  3. Press the Color button or the Black button.

All the printer settings are initialized. The administrator password specified by Remote UI or IJ Network Device Setup Utility reverts to the default setting.

After resetting, perform setup again as necessary.
