You will need to make sure your printer is connected to the same network as your phone. If you have not done this, please click HERE for the steps. Once that is done, go to the app store and download the Canon print inkjet selphy app on your phone. Once that is done, open the app and allow it to search for the printer. With the printer being on the same network, it should be detected and then the printer will be added. As far as iTunes, you would need to speak to Apple support for that.
For scanning on your computer, we would need to know what version of Windows or Mac OS your computer is running. Once we have that information, we can provide you the steps for scanning from your computer.
