Please load plain paper into your PIXMA TR7520 and print a test page:
1. Press the Home button on your PIXMA TR7520 one time.
2. Tap gear icon at the bottom of the printer's display.
3. Tap Maintenance.
4. Tap Print nozzle check pattern.
5. Tap Yes.
The test page will print.
Please compare your printout with the example on this page:
TR7500 series > Maintenance > If Printing Is Faint or Uneven > Examining the Nozzle Check Pattern
If your printout does not look like the example, please perform the cleanings recommended at the bottom of that page.
If performing multiple cleanings does not get your PIXMA TR7520 to print correctly, it would require service. If your PIXMA TR7520 was purchased less than a year ago, please contact one of Canon's Technical Support Representatives via phone or chat to obtain your in warranty options. Once logged in, click on your PIXMA TR7520 and then click on the Product Support button. When that page loads, click on either the Phone Support button or the Chat Support button to access support.
If your PIXMA TR7520 is out of warranty, you are eligible for Canon's Upgrade Program. This is for out of warranty units which have been diagnosed to require service, or for some reason are incompatible with a new or upgraded system. This option allows you a one-time opportunity to purchase a replacement product, discounted from the list price.
